Is it just me, or can SJP do no wrong? SATC stylist Patricia Field is at it again with her heart-stopping fashions for the upcoming "Sex and the City: The Movie". While the true kudos should of course go to Ms. Field, SJP is one of the few women that can pull off (with great ease I might add) these fabulous fashion-forward trends. Carrie Bradshaw and her uber-hip fashion sense doesn’t disappoint in the highly anticipated movie, as she continues to conquer Manhattan in style – clad in a gorgeous rose- patterned bubble dress with zebra-striped pumps, an ivory ruched cocktail dress adorned with an oversized, gold embellished hibiscus flower, or a sequined, leopard print micro-mini. My complete and utter obsession however, is her gorgeous ivory wedding dress – the heart- shaped bust embellished with a vintage diamond-feather broach, and her floor-length veil off-set with the “something blue” peacock feather – adding an ultra-glamorous touch in true Carrie-fashion.
I'm (not-so-patiently) counting the days, minutes and pretty soon, seconds, for this movie to premiere – not only to indulge in the amazingly fantastic fashions, but because I’m officially going through SATC withdrawls…my standby “fix” of reruns on channel 5 just aren’t cutting it. Thank god these production stills can tie me over...

The Fashion Source is your go-to, one-stop-shop (no pun intended), for all things fashion. Our mission is to define the true meaning of life, how to achieve world peace, and what shoes to wear with that new pencil skirt...ok, maybe we're reaching a bit too high...we're overachievers - it can't be helped. But we can definitely figure out that shoe thing.
I started wearing my mom’s pearls and rocking hot pink painted nails by age 3. I guess that should’ve been a sign. Ever since I’ve been obsessed with all things fashion – and I’m not about to start apologizing for it. Besides spending my days and nights shopping, or at the very least, thinking about shopping, I‘m almost equally obsessed with cooking great food and baking red velvet cupcakes.
Even though I was born and raised in the ever-sunny climate of L.A., deep down I’m a New York girl at heart. I live for salsa dancing till my feet hurt and am on a never-ending quest for the best burrito and/ or crème bruele (not to be eaten together mind you) and am currently working on expanding my collection of shoes and purses.
Afraid to wear white after Labor Day? Perplexed by which face cream works best for your skin type? Need to know what accessories to wear with your new wrap dress?
It can be overwhelming, we know. So let me figure it out for you!
I'll get back to you personally and may even post your question and my answer on the blog (anonymously of course!)
Stay stylish.
