During Balenciaga’s show at Paris Fashion Week, models were strutting down the runway in these mind-blowing puppies. I’m a huge fan of almost all things fashionably daring, and there’s something about these sky-high gladiator stilettos I find intriguing. Designer Nicholas Ghesquière’s collection was truly from another planet with out-of-this-world futuristic metallic jumpsuits and contrasting, uber-structured floral dresses (which, I must admit - didn't really float my boat). The shoes thankfully, are a different story. I want to buy a pair and put them on my mantle - true works of fashion-art. Couture at its finest perhaps?
